Another Look At The 49 Merc
I can hardly believe it has taken so long to make so little progress. 3 years already since I hauled this old Merc home and the engine is still seized up solid in spite of the various mixtures I have poured down the carburetor and into the spark plug holes. I'm not giving up yet though.

I'd replace those rims with one piece ones if you can find one with the same bolt pattern. Maybe a 16 inch.
ReplyDeleteIf it ever gets to the point of being mobile I will be looking into wheel replacements. Maybe some of those big ugly spokers that the kids like to put on their cars now. :-)
