Oct 16 Bulrush Burn
More smoke and flames as I reclaim former farm land. Not the greatest video or audio but all I had was the I phone at the time.
I realize there's no practical way to save it, but I always cringe when I see all that organic material going up in smoke. Same when you burn flax. I suppose if you just pushed it up in a big pile to rot, it might still self heat and burn, like green hay in a barn.
Its true Gorges. A big waste of material but until they find a way to make it pay to re-cycle or make use of it, we have no choice but to burn. I hear a lot of the food we produce is wasted too so I guess its a society based on waste.
